CLUB MEMBERSHIP TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The Club Membership maintenance agreement is for either 1 year prepaid, without cancellation or a monthly automatic renewal agreement. Price / feature changes may be made with 30 day written notification. The client is responsible for scheduling the Tune up on their unit within the specified period on the contract or the benefit of the Tune up will be forfeited. Regardless of notification from Pyro. Pyro does send out 2 reminder post cards and a reminder phone call. The client is responsible for keeping their unit in “factory fresh” conditions.
The Club Member is guaranteed the following:
Appointments in 24 hours and is a priority in our dispatch schedule
19 point tune up on their furnace
12 point tune up on their air conditioner.
20% discount on repairs
5% discount on media filters, humidifier replacement pads and electronic air cleaners
Discount price of $49.99 for a diagnostic service call. A savings of $50.00
Either party may cancel a monthly agreement with a 30 day written notice.
